Cloud Application Analyst
Job Summary
Seeking a qualified Cloud Application Analyst for a full-time remote position, responsible for configuring, testing, and supporting cloud-based enterprise resource planning applications while collaborating with project and support teams to enhance application functionality.
Key responsibilities:
- Maintain cloud-based business applications, evaluate user requests, and ensure service level agreements are met
- Coordinate analysis of workflows and system components, developing alternatives to improve operational efficiency
- Develop project work plans, lead meetings, and facilitate issue resolution while providing training and documentation to users
Required qualifications:
- Associate's/Technical Degree or equivalent combination of education and related experience required
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- Three years of application/technical experience with Oracle ERP Cloud or equivalent ERP software applications preferred
