Cloud Architect

Job Summary

To support client IT systems in a remote capacity, the Cloud Architect will define and implement cloud architecture strategies, design hybrid cloud solutions, and optimize DevSecOps pipelines for secure and efficient delivery of services.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the cloud architecture strategy aligning to client modernization goals and mission priorities
• Design and implement hybrid cloud architectures integrating Cloud One, DISA environments, and on-premise systems
• Establish and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks, including RMF and NIST 800-53 requirements

Required qualifications

• Active Secret security clearance
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; master's degree preferred
• 5-7 years of experience in cloud architecture or enterprise IT design, preferably within client environments
• Experience designing solutions in Cloud One, AWS, Azure Government, or similar environments
• Strong understanding of DevSecOps practices and CI/CD pipeline architecture
