Cloud Architect
Job Summary
To support the Cloud Infrastructure Enablement team, an experienced Cloud Architect will design secure, scalable architectures for Azure, provide technical consultation, and lead hands-on sessions with remote teams in a full-time capacity.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver well-architected solutions adhering to principles of reliability, security, and performance efficiency
- Provide expert technical consultation and analysis to solve complex problems and drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with product management and development teams to influence the product roadmap in alignment with cloud strategy
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Eight or more years in application development and architecture, with at least five years focused on cloud systems, particularly Azure
- Deep hands-on experience with the Azure Well-Architected Framework and Azure IaaS, PaaS, and networking services
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code tools such as ARM, Terraform, and PowerShell
- Proven ability to design solutions that adhere to regulatory compliance and security best practices
