Cloud Automation Engineer (U.S. Person)
Job Summary
Seeking a mid-to-senior Cloud Automation Engineer (U.S. Person) who will design, build, and maintain infrastructure-as-code across multi-account cloud environments, while driving the adoption of AI-assisted engineering workflows, in a full-time remote or Atlanta-based position.
Key responsibilities
- Design and maintain infrastructure-as-code (Terraform) with a focus on cost efficiency, security, and compliance
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines for frequent and safe deployments
- Integrate AI coding assistants into workflows and establish governance practices for AI tooling adoption
Required qualifications
- 4-7+ years in DevOps, SRE, or cloud infrastructure engineering roles
- Strong hands-on experience with a major cloud provider (AWS, Azure); AWS GovCloud experience is a plus
- Proficiency with infrastructure-as-code, preferably Terraform
- Solid scripting/automation skills in Python, Bash, or similar
- Experience with CI/CD tooling such as GitLab CI, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins
