Job Summary

A company is looking for a Delivery Excellence Manager for the East region.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead new customer deployments and provide hands-on guidance for setup
• Own end-to-end delivery from kickoff to go-live, ensuring clarity on expectations and timelines
• Monitor deployment progress and customer satisfaction, proactively identifying risks and driving resolutions

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technical deployment or account management of SaaS products
• Strong understanding of software development life cycles, including Agile and DevOps practices
• Must hold a relevant certification (AWS, Microsoft, or Google Cloud)
• Experience with process documentation and continuous improvement initiatives
• Proven ability to serve enterprise clients in both strategic and hands-on roles
