Cloud Change Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Change and Configuration Manager to lead change and configuration management practices across its global Cloud Services organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and manage the full lifecycle of cloud changes using ITIL-based best practices
• Lead configuration identification, control, and audits aligned to Configuration Management plans
• Ensure change and configuration practices support compliance with regulatory frameworks

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Change and/or Configuration Management
• Deep expertise in ITIL-based change management practices and controls
• Experience managing CMDB platforms and configuration governance
• Strong understanding of public and private cloud infrastructure
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional enterprise initiatives
