Job Summary
Working remotely, the full-time Cloud Computing Specialist will serve as a subject matter expert on cloud computing security, focusing on Certification and Accreditation (C&A) and the implementation of NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) standards while managing cloud resources and delivering capabilities within the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, manage, and resolve cloud computing security risks while implementing best practices across various deployment models
- Administer cloud resources, including middle and web tiers, single sign-on (SSO), and user management within the OCI hosting environment
- Research and implement new OCI services to enhance operational capabilities for the Defense Logistics Agency
Required qualifications
- Must possess IT-II security clearance or a current National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit Check (NACLC)
- Must have a DoD Approved 8570 Baseline Certification for Category IAM Level I
- Must hold a Cloud Computing Security Certification (e.g., CCSP, CCSK, or OCI Specialty Certification)
- Five years of experience in DoD Impact Level 5 (IL5) Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) administration, maintenance, and support
- Proven experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF) and NIST C&A processes, as well as DOD Cybersecurity practices
