Job Summary
Seeking a Cloud Contact Center Engineer (Webex) for a 6-month remote contract, this role will manage PSTN connectivity, oversee number porting activities, and optimize Webex Contact Center configurations to enhance customer-facing voice services for an international Quick Service Restaurant client.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee PSTN connectivity and troubleshoot routing complexities
- Support number porting activities, including LOA submission and carrier coordination
- Maintain and audit enterprise phone number inventory and manage Webex Contact Center operations
Required qualifications
- Proven experience with PSTN, SIP, and advanced voice routing concepts
- Hands-on experience managing the number porting lifecycle
- Direct administration experience within a Webex Contact Center environment
- Practical knowledge of IVR design and queue mechanics
- Strong troubleshooting skills in voice infrastructure and cloud contact center ecosystems
