Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Customer Success Associate.

Key Responsibilities
  • Resolve customer challenges by troubleshooting across Kubernetes, cloud infrastructure, APIs, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools
  • Onboard and train customers on best practices for cloud services while gathering feedback for product improvements
  • Maintain knowledge of platform architecture and collaborate with teams to enhance reliability and performance
Required Qualifications
  • BS degree with 8+ years of relevant experience or a Master's degree with 6+ years of relevant experience
  • Experience in Site Reliability Engineering, Cloud Engineering, DevOps, or Systems Administration in hybrid cloud environments
  • Active DoD Secret clearance and U.S. citizenship
  • Hands-on experience with AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud, including Kubernetes and containerization technologies
  • Proficiency in Terraform, Ansible, or similar tools for automated infrastructure management
