Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cultivate outcome-oriented relationships with customers and serve as a trusted advisor
  • Onboard customers, assist in solution deployment, and create customized success plans
  • Monitor usage trends and customer health to identify challenges and optimization opportunities
Required Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in SaaS application support or implementation, and cloud systems management
  • Technical proficiency to understand customer needs and utilize product capabilities effectively
  • At least 3 years of experience in customer-facing roles such as Customer Success Manager or similar
  • Strong understanding of the storage industry and cloud environments
  • Certifications in Azure Fundamentals, Google Cloud, or AWS Cloud Practitioner Associate are preferred
