Job Summary
A company is looking for a Premier Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level leaders and collaborate with internal account teams
- Understand customers' business goals and challenges in the cloud marketplace to drive successful outcomes
- Conduct market research and establish Executive Business Reviews to help customers meet their Cloud GTM goals
Required Qualifications
- 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Alliance Management, or Sales Operations Consulting within a Cloud Marketplace Ecosystem
- Proven track record of increasing satisfaction and retention of technology platforms
- Experience with Salesforce and Tableau; familiarity with Google Office Suite and Confluence is a bonus
- Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
- Experience managing reseller and distributor channel relationships is a plus
