Job Summary

A company is looking for a Premier Customer Success Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with executive-level leaders and collaborate with internal account teams
  • Understand customers' business goals and challenges in the cloud marketplace to drive successful outcomes
  • Conduct market research and establish Executive Business Reviews to help customers meet their Cloud GTM goals
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in Customer Success Management, Alliance Management, or Sales Operations Consulting within a Cloud Marketplace Ecosystem
  • Proven track record of increasing satisfaction and retention of technology platforms
  • Experience with Salesforce and Tableau; familiarity with Google Office Suite and Confluence is a bonus
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating within a team environment
  • Experience managing reseller and distributor channel relationships is a plus
