Job Summary
Experienced in cloud solutions, the full-time remote Cloud Customer Success Manager will manage customer relationships, conduct business reviews focused on cloud utilization, and collaborate with teams to enhance the customer experience while ensuring compliance with best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct customer business reviews to optimize cloud utilization and identify cost-saving opportunities
- Collaborate with peers to steer CSP operations and manage customer, company, and vendor communications
- Maintain documentation of processes and monitor KPIs and SLAs to ensure high customer satisfaction
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience as a Customer Success Manager or similar role
- BS Degree in Business or a Technology-related field; graduate degree preferred
- Willingness to obtain FinOps Practitioner Certification
- Experience with public cloud billing and licensing models or a desire to learn
- Familiarity with AWS Management Console and Azure Portal or similar cloud platforms
