Job Summary

Leading the development of innovative cloud solutions, the full-time Principal Cloud Data Architect will collaborate with engineering teams to design secure and high-performing cloud architectures while mentoring junior engineers and guiding project teams in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with application and data teams to orchestrate comprehensive data solutions for various business needs
• Design and manage scalable data models and semantic layers while ensuring adherence to data privacy and security policies
• Mentor data engineers and architects, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline with 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience implementing cloud data architecture and data integration patterns with AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Proficiency in building data models and semantic layers
• Experience with enterprise reporting solutions using Tableau or Looker
• Strong understanding of data governance practices and cloud migration techniques
