Cloud Data Architecture Director

Job Summary

Leading the transformation of data management, the full-time remote Cloud Data Architecture Director will develop and implement cloud-based data architectures, ensuring data quality and compliance while collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

• Establish and drive the enterprise data strategy in collaboration with senior leadership, leveraging best practices in cloud technologies
• Ensure data governance by enforcing policies and standards for data accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory bodies
• Recruit and mentor a high-performing team of data architects to support data management and analytics activities

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• 12+ years of experience in leading strategy and architecting cloud-based data solutions
• Deep knowledge of AWS related to data management, security, and availability
• Experience in planning and executing the transition from on-premise data warehouses to cloud architectures
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
