Cloud Data Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Data Engineer to create and modify solutions for complex software problems.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure data storage solutions in the cloud
• Develop and maintain robust data pipelines for the ingestion, transformation, and distribution of large datasets
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, including data encryption and access controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or other technical field, or equivalent work experience
• 3 to 5 years of engineering experience is required
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Microsoft Azure
• Proficiency in programming languages like Python, Java, or Scala
• Knowledge of data management systems including SQL, NoSQL, and Hadoop
