Cloud Data Engineer

Job Summary

To support a dynamic data environment, the full-time Cloud Data Engineer will design and implement scalable cloud data storage solutions, develop robust data pipelines, and ensure compliance with data governance and security policies.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement scalable and secure data storage solutions in the cloud
• Develop and maintain data pipelines for the ingestion, transformation, and distribution of large datasets
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security policies, including data encryption and access controls

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in cloud data engineering
• Proficiency in cloud platforms such as AWS, Google Cloud, and Microsoft Azure
• Experience with data storage solutions, including data lakes and data warehouses
• Strong programming skills in Python, Java, or Scala
• Familiarity with data management systems like SQL, NoSQL, and Hadoop
