Required Qualifications and Education

• 15+ years of relevant work experience, including 5-10 years in a leadership role
• Proven track record in resolving complex technical issues to enhance client satisfaction
• Deep technical knowledge of relevant products and services
• Experience using metrics and process improvements for organizational enhancement
