Cloud Delivery Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Delivery Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the delivery and onboarding of assigned Cloud customers
• Provide exemplary customer service during the initial phase of the customer's Verint journey through a thorough and effective onboarding
• Partner with Pre-sales, Cloud Ops and Professional Services to present one comprehensive customer experience and ensure seamless onboarding

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Management, Computer Science, Engineering or other related field or equivalent experience
• 8 years project management experience
• 8 years customer service experience
• Ability to manage client relationships and engage with stakeholders at all levels of the organization in order to build and grow business relationships
• Ability to establish cooperation and collaboration among members of cross functional teams and organizations, internally and externally
