Cloud Device Management Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Device Management Engineer who will design, implement, and support secure endpoint management for macOS, iOS/iPadOS, and Android devices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and maintain device management architecture across Intune and Jamf Pro, ensuring security and compliance
• Define enrollment strategies and policy baselines for various operating systems
• Collaborate with IT Support and Security teams to optimize device performance and document processes

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience with 3+ years in IT Infrastructure and End User Support
• Solid knowledge of cloud-based systems, security requirements, and systems administration
• Hands-on experience with Jamf Pro and Apple Business Manager
• Experience with scripting languages for automation and troubleshooting
• Familiarity with identity and access management, networking, and security in cloud contexts
