Cloud DevSecOps Engineer

Job Summary

Focused on advancing cloud strategy, the full-time Cloud DevSecOps Engineer will develop and implement secure CI/CD pipelines while collaborating with stakeholders to automate cloud deployments and enhance software engineering practices in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design and develop fully autonomous CI/CD pipelines for cloud deployments, ensuring adherence to software engineering best practices
• Build tools to reduce errors and improve customer experiences while assisting in troubleshooting production issues
• Integrate security practices and automated remediation capabilities into CI/CD processes to minimize organizational cyber exposure

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with six years of related experience in Information Security or Information Technology
• Two years of relevant DevSecOps experience
• AWS DevOps certification or Azure DevOps certification
• Experience in building and deploying cloud-native applications, such as OpenShift or Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Proficient in Python programming and familiar with automation tools like Jenkins, Ansible, and Terraform
