Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer for a fully remote position.

Key Responsibilities:

Support existing AWS environments, monitoring health and implementing monitoring in deployments
Evaluate customer needs, troubleshoot, and provide capacity planning and performance recommendations
Respond to customer support calls, manage incidents, and resolve issues through troubleshooting

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related discipline or equivalent work experience
At least 6 months to 2 years' experience with AWS development and systems administration
Possess at least one current AWS Certification
Comprehensive understanding of AWS, scripting or programming languages, and automation tools
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work collaboratively within a team
