Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer for a contract position.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain AWS environments, supporting ongoing lift-and-shift migrations
• Resolve Azure dependencies and address Power BI integration requirements
• Support the migration of regression test suites to AWS, including scoping additional storage and pipeline capacity

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in cloud engineering or a related platform/systems role
• Hands-on experience with AWS services such as EC2, VPC, RDS, S3, and IAM
• Experience with infrastructure-as-code tooling (Terraform, CloudFormation, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with lift-and-shift migration patterns and networking fundamentals
• Experience with containerization technologies (Docker, ECS, or EKS)
