Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

Seeking a full-time Cloud Engineer to join the platform engineering team, working remotely or in a hybrid model, responsible for managing AWS infrastructure, enabling developer success through self-service platforms, and implementing automation tools to enhance operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Build and maintain self-service infrastructure platforms for developers to manage AWS resources
• Implement GitOps practices for automated deployments across EKS clusters using ArgoCD and Helm
• Collaborate with development teams to design cloud-native architectures optimized for AWS

Required qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in Cloud/Platform Engineering, SRE, or DevOps roles with production AWS experience
• Strong expertise in Kubernetes and managing EKS clusters in production environments
• Advanced skills in Terraform, including designing modular reusable code and managing AWS infrastructure as code
• Proficiency in Python and Bash scripting for automation and tooling
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, preferably GitLab CI
