Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the full-time Cloud Engineer will provide cloud administration, automation, and infrastructure support across Microsoft Azure and AWS environments while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and maintain cloud environments in Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Design, implement, and maintain DevSecOps pipelines and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) automation
• Implement and maintain cloud security controls in compliance with FedRAMP and federal cybersecurity requirements

Required qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in a Cloud Engineer, Network Engineer, Systems Engineer, or related IT infrastructure role
• Experience administering Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) environments
• Knowledge of FedRAMP and federal cybersecurity compliance requirements
• Experience supporting IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS cloud services
• Experience installing, configuring, and supporting LAN, WAN, and Internet technologies
