Cloud Engineer

Job Summary

To support cloud migration and modernization projects, the onsite Cloud Engineer will implement enterprise-grade cloud designs and automation standards while managing GCP infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) and ensuring high availability.

Key responsibilities:

• Deploy and manage GCP infrastructure natively as code utilizing Terraform integrated into automated CI/CD pipelines
• Define, document, and govern Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for secure consumption of IaaS, PaaS, and SaaS across GCP
• Design and implement comprehensive monitoring, logging, and reporting capabilities to ensure platform health and management visibility

Required qualifications:

• At least five years of infrastructure development experience with hands-on experience with GCP foundation services
• Minimum five years of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) experience in Terraform or similar technologies
• Demonstrated experience with large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments
• Strong scripting capabilities in Bash, Python, YAML, and PowerShell
• Proven technical breadth and the aptitude to adapt to rapidly changing cloud trends
