Job Summary
Creating and managing a comprehensive cloud strategy, the full-time Cloud Engineer Principal will oversee the migration and maintenance of the company's cloud computing environment while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Designs, plans, manages, and supports the organization's cloud computing environment
- Monitors cloud resource consumption, application performance, and systems security posture
- Collaborates cross-functionally to analyze cloud service provider SLAs and enables applications to run on the cloud platform
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and work experience; Master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 8 years of related experience
- Ability to address technical issues in complex technology stacks involving visualization, containers, and microservices
- Understanding of software development, engineering, programming languages, and tools
- Strong collaborative skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
