Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
Designing and maintaining scalable cloud infrastructure solutions, the full-time Cloud Engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to architect secure and optimized cloud environments while automating deployment processes and ensuring high availability of cloud systems in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities:
- Provision and configure AWS infrastructure, including EC2, S3, RDS, and VPCs
- Author and maintain infrastructure as code using CloudFormation or Terraform
- Monitor and troubleshoot cloud systems to ensure high availability and rapid incident resolution
Required qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in cloud engineering or operations
- Hands-on AWS experience across compute, storage, networking, and identity
- Proficiency in Python for automation and scripting
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, or Jenkins
