Cloud Engineer
Job Summary
Supporting cloud infrastructure management, the full-time Cloud Engineer II will maintain and monitor systems for optimal performance while troubleshooting storage and virtualization technologies and creating technical documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Manage, maintain, and monitor cloud infrastructure to ensure performance, availability, and security
- Troubleshoot storage and virtualization technologies and perform maintenance tasks such as adding and expanding LUNs
- Collaborate with peer teams to resolve complex issues and provide high-quality customer service
Required qualifications
- 3 years of experience in an IT infrastructure administration role
- Intermediate knowledge of storage technology, including iSCSI and Fibre Channel connectivity
- Understanding of virtualization platforms and concepts
- Familiarity with PowerShell or other automation tools
- Strong documentation skills for creating knowledge bases and runbooks
