Cloud Engineer I
Job Summary
Supporting the design, deployment, and operation of Azure environments, the full-time Cloud Engineer I will manage Azure resources, monitor cloud costs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.
Key Responsibilities
- Deploy and maintain Azure resources using Bicep/ARM Infrastructure as Code
- Monitor cloud cost, SKU utilization, performance, and capacity using Azure tooling
- Support AKS cluster operations and assist with cloud security hardening and vulnerability remediation
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Three or more years of hands-on Azure experience across compute, storage, networking, and identity services
- Experience with Bicep or ARM templates for Infrastructure as Code
- Working knowledge of AKS/Kubernetes fundamentals and GitOps-based deployment concepts
- Azure certification, such as AZ-104 or equivalent, is preferred
