Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer II.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage cloud-based IT system infrastructure and processes
• Provide second-level problem diagnosis and resolution of issues
• Support the implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of customer IT systems

Required Qualifications

• Experience supporting cloud-based systems in AWS and Azure
• Proficient in UNIX shell scripting and emerging DevOps tools such as Ansible
• Minimum of 3-4 years of experience in installation, configuration, and administration of UNIX/Linux based systems
• Advanced troubleshooting skills, including analyzing log files and coordinating with vendors
• Ability to create support documentation and coordinate configuration changes with application owners
