Cloud Engineer II

Job Summary

To support enterprise cloud infrastructure and platforms, the full-time salaried Cloud Engineer II will manage Azure environments and Hyland Alfresco content services, serving as a technical escalation point for complex incidents while collaborating with cross-functional teams in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and troubleshoot complex Azure cloud infrastructure incidents and service requests
• Provide full lifecycle administration and development support for Hyland Alfresco environments
• Design and implement Infrastructure as Code (IaC) solutions using Terraform and maintain CI/CD pipelines

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of experience managing and supporting Azure cloud infrastructure in an enterprise environment
• 2+ years of full lifecycle management and development experience with Hyland Alfresco Software
• Strong proficiency in Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and configuration management automation (Ansible)
• Experience with Azure DevOps supporting CI/CD pipelines
