Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer II, VDI.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain multiple customer environments and manage ticket backlog
• Provide crisis management by identifying and escalating high-priority issues
• Deliver solutions for problem resolution while ensuring high customer satisfaction

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related discipline and 2 years of experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Experience managing VDI environments such as Citrix and AVD
• Willingness to work on a 24x7 on-call rotation schedule
• Certification: CCA-V
• Flexibility to work alternative days and shifts as needed
