Cloud Engineer M365

Job Summary

Focused on implementing and managing Microsoft 365 AI capabilities, the full-time Cloud Engineer M365 will ensure the secure rollout of AI tools like Microsoft Copilot, optimize tenant management, and collaborate with security teams, all while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Support the secure rollout and governance of AI tools within the M365 environment
• Manage the overall health and configuration of the Microsoft 365 tenant, including service administration and feature enablement
• Collaborate with security teams to enforce data boundaries and access controls for AI integrations

Required qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Microsoft 365 administration or platform engineering
• 5+ years managing Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, and Teams
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID and identity concepts
• Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot or other AI-enabled M365 features
• Experience supporting Microsoft Copilot deployments in an enterprise environment
