Cloud Engineer (US Federal)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer (US Federal).

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement cloud strategies and architectures aligned with company objectives
• Collaborate with teams for cloud readiness assessments and automate deployment processes
• Establish cloud governance and security policies while optimizing resource usage and performance

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum of 8 years of experience with public cloud providers (AWS or GCP)
• Minimum of 5 years of experience with Linux operating systems
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in a functional programming language (Ruby, Go, or Python)
• Minimum of 8 years of experience delivering Infrastructure-as-code using Terraform or Ansible
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance
