Job Summary
To support a growing practice, the full-time Cloud Engineer with FedRAMP Expertise will design and implement security capabilities for FedRAMP compliance, automate deployments across client environments, and mentor junior team members, all while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement security capabilities that satisfy FedRAMP's Key Security Indicators (KSIs)
- Build automation for deploying security capabilities across multiple client environments using infrastructure-as-code
- Develop automated validation and continuous-monitoring evidence for security capabilities and integrate them into client environments
Required qualifications
- BS or above in a related Information Technology field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 5+ years in cloud, security, or platform engineering, with experience in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and automation tools such as Terraform and Ansible
- Associate-level (or higher) certification in AWS, Azure, or GCP
- Working knowledge of NIST 800-53, FedRAMP, or comparable security control frameworks
