Job Summary
Leading the migration of application and database servers to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), the full-time Sr Cloud Engineer with OCI Expertise will design OCI architecture, build CI/CD pipelines, and implement Infrastructure as Code while working remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead the migration of applications and databases to OCI, ensuring minimal downtime and data integrity
- Design and implement OCI landing-zone architecture, focusing on compute, storage, networking, and security
- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployment of application workloads
Required qualifications:
- BA/BS degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and strong DevOps toolchain experience
- Experience in migrating Oracle Database and application servers to cloud environments
- Scripting proficiency in Python or Shell and solid Linux systems administration skills
- OCI certification (Architect or DevOps Professional) is a plus
