Cloud Engineer with Public Trust

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud Engineer/Administrator to support the Department of Defense.

Key Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain cloud and hybrid infrastructure environments
• Provision, configure, and manage compute, storage, networking, and platform services
• Implement backup, recovery, and disaster recovery procedures to ensure operational continuity

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience supporting cloud or enterprise infrastructure environments
• Hands-on experience administering cloud platforms (AWS GovCloud, Azure Government, or equivalent)
• Experience with cloud networking, security groups, load balancing, and storage services
• Familiarity with RMF, NIST SP 800-53, STIGs, and DoD cybersecurity compliance
