Cloud Engineering Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Manager, Cloud Engineering (US Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, governance, and optimization of cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure and AWS
• Manage and mentor a small team of cloud engineers while remaining hands-on in technical execution
• Collaborate with architecture and security teams to enforce cloud security policies and ensure alignment with enterprise standards

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in an Agile, software development, and DevOps-oriented environment
• Prior experience in a hands-on technical leadership or management role
• Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Azure and Amazon Web Services (AWS) in production environments
• Strong expertise in at least two programming languages such as C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, or Python
• Extensive experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools and CI/CD pipeline design and implementation
