Cloud Engineering Tech Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Integrated Service Delivery Tech Lead to oversee technical activities and support services for the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technical aspects of the Integrated Service Delivery team, including troubleshooting and system modifications
• Provide direction and mentorship in tech support and service delivery while managing and facilitating meetings
• Develop strong relationships with CMS customers and ensure outstanding service delivery through effective systems and methodologies

Required Qualifications

• BS degree with 12+ years of relevant experience or a master's with 10+ years; experience may substitute for a degree
• Proven experience in cloud engineering or a related role
• Certification in cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP is preferred
• Knowledge of industry best practices for cloud solutions and familiarity with security policies
• Ability to obtain a Public Trust clearance and must have lived in the U.S. for at least three of the last five years
