Cloud Financial Operations Analyst

Job Summary

Supporting the financial management of enterprise data platforms, the full-time remote Cloud Financial Operations Analyst will manage financial reporting, track expenses and contracts, and identify opportunities for cost savings and operational improvements.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain financial reporting for enterprise data platforms, including budgets, expenses, and forecasts
• Analyze actual spending against budget and provide insights into trends and variances
• Gather and consolidate financial and usage information from various teams to develop a complete view of platform costs

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience
• 5+ years of experience in Cloud FinOps or financial management of cloud infrastructure
• Strong proficiency with Excel or similar spreadsheet tools for financial analysis
• Familiarity with AWS or other major cloud platforms, particularly in cost management
• Experience managing budgets, expenses, and financial metrics
