Cloud Foundry Consultant

Job Summary

To support a customer modernization initiative, the part-time remote Cloud Foundry & Azure VMware Solution (AVS) Consultant will assist in migrating VMware infrastructure to AVS while establishing operational best practices for Cloud Foundry deployments.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with the migration of on-premises VMware clusters into Azure VMware Solution (AVS)
• Assess existing VMware environments and provide recommendations for migration readiness and best practices
• Create technical documentation, migration artifacts, and operational runbooks while delivering knowledge transfer sessions to customer teams

Required qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Cloud Foundry administration, deployment, or platform operations
• Experience designing or executing Azure VMware Solution (AVS) migrations
• Strong understanding of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) and VMware infrastructure
• Experience migrating on-premises VMware environments to public cloud platforms
• Ability to create clear technical documentation and deliver effective knowledge transfer
