Job Summary

A company is looking for a Cloud GTM Planning Manager.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual sales planning process in partnership with sales and finance
  • Collaborate with Compensation and FP&A to develop annual sales incentive plans
  • Analyze sales attainment, goals tracking, and sales enablement programs
Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 8 years relevant experience
  • Experience in sales incentive compensation design and development
  • Knowledge of Cloud consumption and subscription revenue
  • Experience in large, complex organizations with multiple revenue channels
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills including PowerPoint and Excel
