Job Summary

A company is looking for a Tier 1 Cloud AWS/Azure Help Desk Support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing Tier 1 support for Azure cloud customers
  • Covering Shift 2 (5pm-1am EST) of the Support team
  • Collaborating with engineering teams to identify and resolve tickets promptly

Required Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years experience in Tier 1 Help Desk support
  • Basic understanding of Cloud terminology (Azure)
  • Ability and willingness to learn about and understand CFTC data
  • Must be a US Citizen
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain the required agency clearance (Public Trust)
