Cloud IAM Platform Lead

Job Summary

Driving the enterprise Non-Human Identity (NHI) strategy, the full-time Cloud IAM Platform Lead will establish governance for machine identities, oversee integration with cloud platforms, and ensure compliance with security protocols in a remote work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a centralized governance program for non-human identities across on-premises and cloud environments
• Build and maintain a comprehensive NHI registry, ensuring all machine identities are discovered, classified, and governed
• Establish integration between IAM platforms and external systems to maintain visibility and security of all non-human identities

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8 years of experience, or 7 years of relevant experience, or a PhD with 3 years of experience
• Hands-on experience with non-human identity management and cloud IAM in large enterprise environments
• Strong expertise with cloud IAM frameworks such as AWS IAM, Azure Entra ID, and GCP IAM
• Experience designing cloud identity governance processes, including role-based access models and least-privilege enforcement
• Proven ability to drive complex, cross-functional programs and influence teams across organizational boundaries
