Cloud Infrastructure Architect

Job Summary

Driving enterprise cloud architecture and infrastructure modernization, the full-time Senior/Principal Infrastructure & Cloud Architect will provide architectural direction and technical governance for cloud, hybrid-cloud, and IoT solutions while collaborating with stakeholders and engineering teams, with the flexibility to work remotely or onsite.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement enterprise cloud solutions while establishing infrastructure standards to enhance operational efficiency
• Lead modernization efforts and mentor engineering teams to ensure best practices in cloud and hybrid environments
• Evaluate emerging technologies and develop scalable, secure technology strategies that align with organizational objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in enterprise IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, or systems engineering
• At least 5 years in a senior or lead architect role responsible for large-scale technology initiatives
• Demonstrated expertise in designing and supporting enterprise cloud and hybrid-cloud environments, particularly with Microsoft Azure
• Strong hands-on experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) solutions and cloud security architecture
