Cloud Infrastructure Architect
Job Summary
Leading the Platform team, the full-time Cloud Infrastructure Architect will design and optimize infrastructure solutions for managed Mac cloud services, collaborating with customers and internal teams while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand and optimize their specifications and workflows for onboarding
- Serve as the subject matter expert on existing infrastructure and its impact on product features
- Lead foundational projects and collaborate with engineering teams on infrastructure design and delivery
Required qualifications
- BA/BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field preferred
- 7+ years in infrastructure engineering or architecture, with 5+ years of hands-on experience
- Experience designing and supporting physical infrastructure in public or private cloud environments
- Familiarity with Kubernetes-based platforms and hyperconverged infrastructure
- Strong technical writing skills and experience producing architecture documentation
