Cloud Infrastructure Engineer

Job Summary

Leading the deployment and management of enterprise API platforms, the contract Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will work remotely to support critical infrastructure stability and security across multi-cloud and on-prem environments.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and stabilize a large-scale API platform using Apigee Hybrid across multiple cloud providers and on-prem data centers
• Manage and provision Kubernetes infrastructure, including AKS and GKE
• Develop infrastructure as code using Terraform to automate provisioning and configuration processes

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or at least 5 years of equivalent experience
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience programming in SQL and managing data pipelines
• At least 3 years of experience managing Kubernetes environments, specifically AKS
• Strong experience working with multiple cloud platforms, especially Azure and GCP
• Proficiency with Terraform and infrastructure as code (IaC)
