Job Summary
To support Azure infrastructure deployments, the full-time remote Cloud Infrastructure Engineer will manage and optimize Microsoft Azure environments, focusing on Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD workflows, and troubleshooting performance issues.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and manage Azure infrastructure using core services and assist with environment builds across development, test, and production subscriptions
- Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Bicep and Terraform, deploying Azure resources via CI/CD pipelines
- Apply Azure Well-Architected Framework principles and assist with governance, tagging, and policy standards
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure (IaaS and foundational PaaS services)
- Working knowledge of Infrastructure as Code, specifically Bicep and Terraform
- Foundational knowledge of cloud networking concepts, including VNets and NSGs
- Experience with Git-based workflows (GitHub or Azure DevOps)
- Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced cloud environment
