Key responsibilities
- Oversee patching, updates, and lifecycle management for Azure VMs and cloud workloads
- Act as an escalation point for complex infrastructure issues and participate in major incident response activities
- Develop and maintain automation solutions and PowerShell scripts to enhance operational efficiency
Required qualifications
- 3-5 years of experience in infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud operations
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure environments and Windows Server
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Entra ID
- Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and experience with Jira
- Availability for occasional after-hours response during major incidents
