Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead

Job Summary

Leading a team of engineers, the full-time Cloud Infrastructure Team Lead will define and execute the cloud infrastructure roadmap while managing configurations and automations across AWS, GCP, and Azure in a remote capacity.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and technically guide a team of Cloud Infrastructure Engineers in configuring, operating, and automating cloud environments
• Define and execute the technical roadmap and architecture strategy for multi-cloud infrastructure and operations
• Oversee core cloud governance areas, including Identity and Access Management (IAM) and cloud cost optimization

Required qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing and operating production cloud-based environments across AWS, GCP, or Azure
• 4+ years of expertise with Infrastructure as Code and modern DevOps tooling, such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• 4+ years of experience in software development using a scripting language such as Python, Ruby, or JavaScript
• 3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, or managing engineering teams
